How can companies think of expanding into new markets blindly without even doing a PESTEL?
Even though business environmental analysis is probably the simplest, and requiring information mostly available through Google or ChatGPT, it’s often overlooked.
Tools like PESTEL provide companies with a comprehensive view of key factors and figures in a new market. This insight serves as the foundation for making informed decisions, avoiding risks, and saving both time and money (a lot of time and money) before entering new territories.
