The 70% Rule: Understanding What Makes System Integrators Say Yes to Wireless Smart Homes

The adoption factors for Wireless Smart Home systems by Australian system integrators are varied (see details at the bottom of the post). However, the brand of the wireless system, adequate training on its use and features, and the quality of the relationship between the brand representative and the system integrator are the key factors that significantly influence whether system integrators are likely to adopt the system. Together, these three factors account for approximately 70% of the reasons why system integrators choose to adopt or not.
In short, WHAS has the best chance of breaking into the system integrator network if it is from a reputable brand and its key features are effectively communicated by the sales representative.
